As the owner of HERBCO IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY CC, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Herbert Corzilius, I am now 78 years old, have been living in Namibia with my wife since May 2010 and have recently changed our residence from Sonnleiten to OMEYA with pleasure.

I would very much like to introduce you to our exclusive world. OMEYA LIVING-OASIS and Golf Estate is situated in the middle of the Namibian savannah with its rich flora and fauna and is about 70 km away from the Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek and about 30 km to the city. The urban highway under construction should be completed from the Kleine Kuppe district to the airport by the end of 2024, so that not only the distance from OMEYA to the airport but also the travel time will be significantly reduced.

OMEYA consists of about 450 residential units, all of which have been built over the years, starting in 2017 with first occupancy. They are equipped with a water heating system and a complete and high-quality fitted kitchen as well as built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, to a high-quality standard. The bathrooms have light-colored wall tiles, and their floors are tiled and partly heated.

Omeya does not want to be understood as a senior residence, but as a place with the highest quality of life, sporting activities and a high level of security, which offers the still young retiree / pensioner all the possibilities of an interesting and well-preserved third phase of life. It also offers the possibility of free development of unneighborly encounters time and again.

Somewhat on the outskirts of the complex, there is a somewhat separate area with senior citizens’ flats of about 80 square meters of living space. Small independent houses at a low price with one bedroom, living room and open kitchen, bathroom with shower. Here all areas are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating in the bathrooms. A garage and a parking space for the visitor’s car are obligatory. The large clinic (Careunit) is closely connected and the way to the church is within walking distance.

The whole complex comprises 350 hectares of natural land, so that long walks on own and safe ground are always possible. We also have our own water supply and wastewater disposal, whereby the electricity flows from the public grid and is set up separately and pre-paid for each house. Each apartment/house has a drinking water consumption of 30 sqm monthly free of charge. How long this privilege may last is probably a question worth asking.

We can also offer you a trial stay at OMEYA Living-Oasis to give you the opportunity to get to know the facility and its possibilities and to get to know us. We offer you a stay in a ground floor 2 bedroom flat, also with an open kitchen-living area and a small terrace, with a total living space of approx. 90 sqm, at a price of € 50,– per person and night for self-catering.
